SHIPPING POLICY

Average delivery times

Once an order has been placed, Elly Boutique usually requires 1–3 business days to process it. Orders received from Monday to Thursday are typically processed within one business day. Orders received on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once processed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on where you live. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore usually 7–14 business days.

Our customer service team is always available to answer any questions you may have about your delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can track your parcel using your tracking number (or, where available, your order number) via our tracking page.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, courier network disruptions, or weather conditions.

Please also note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Asia.
