SHIPPING POLICY

We believe great style should arrive with zero hassle. That's why every order from Elly Boutique ships free to your doorstep — no minimum order required.

Once your order has been placed, we typically require 1–3 business days to process it. Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer to process.

Once processed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore typically 7–14 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, including:

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the most efficient delivery route available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's progress via our tracking page on the Elly Boutique website.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
