REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at info@elly-boutique.comInclude your order number (found in your order confirmation email or on your invoice).

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • the return address
  • return number (if applicable)
  • clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping & customs

For returns due to change of mind or exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties/fees.

Returns are handled through our warehouse adress.

Please note: customs clearance delays are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with all tags and liners attached

Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be refused.

If your order was purchased as a bundle, the return generally needs to include all items in the bundle (individual items may not be returned separately).

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong color/variant), contact us within 30 days at info@elly-boutique.com so we can resolve it.

If the issue is due to an error on our part (incorrect/defective/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. request a return for the item you have, and
  2. place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive your return parcel, we’ll complete the inspection within 2–4 business days and process your refund within that timeframe.

After the refund is issued, it typically takes up to 14 business days for the funds to appear on your statement (depending on your bank/card provider). Please note that processing times can vary.
